4. Where your information is stored and who we share it with
Your information is kept in our customer management system (Odoo). It is hosted on a server in Uganda managed by our IT provider, Kola Technologies. Kola Technologies handles the data only on our instructions and may not use it for its own purposes.
We share your information only:
- With service providers who help us run the business (for example our IT host, or SMS and email services), and only as much as they need

We keep your contact details while you remain our customer. If you ask us to, or after 2 years without any contact from you, we delete them.
We protect your information with password-protected access, limiting it to staff who need it, and relying on the security measures of our IT provider. If a data breach puts your information at risk, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Office and, where needed, you.
