Account Deletion Request

Appetite values your privacy and offers you the opportunity to delete your account and associated data. To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

Web

1. Visit appetiteuganda.com/account-deletion-request
2. Log in to your account on Appetite.
3. Scroll to the bottom.
4. Click the button to submit the request.

Mobile App

1. Log in to your account on Appetite.
2. Go to the Account Settings section.
3. Look for the option to "Delete Account" or "Close Account".
4. Click the button to submit the request.

Data Handling Information:

Upon account deletion, Appetite will remove the following types of data associated with your account:

• Personal information such as name, email address, and contact details.
• Location Data.
• Usage data and history within the app.

Please note:

• Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for legal or compliance reasons, including but not limited to transaction records, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.
• Any anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you personally may be retained for analytical or statistical purposes.
